Episode 12: Shannon Defliese - High School

Shannon Defliese (GCHS '10) is a teacher, a mom, a decorated lacrosse player and an all-around great person! (She also inspired the pod!) It was great to catch up and hear about motherhood, spicy chicken sandwiches from Wendy's and lots more!
